Strong 5 stars in our opinion. Heather acted as our real estate agent in conjunction with the purchase of our lake house. She was proactive, possessed a broad and deep knowledge of the whole purchase/sales process and had connections for every related service (inspectors, etc). Excellent use of current technology to expedite the process. Professional AND personable all in one.
